In my own running career, I broke 4 minutes in the mile, earned 4x NCAA All-American honors, and reached the PR trifecta of sub 1:50 in the 800m, sub 4 in the mile, and sub 14 in the 5k.

Now I work to help runners achieve their fastest times from the mile to the marathon.

But it’s about more than that. I want people to run fast as hell, sure. But not at the expense of their lives and health.

That’s why my motto is “Run Faster, Live Fuller.” I want you to break every PR at every distance while achieving peak health and peak performance in your daily life.
